Ingredients
- 2 Large Sheets of Nori Seaweed
- 2 cups Sushi Rice Cooked
- 1 Avocado Sliced
- 1/2 Cucumber Sliced
- 4 oz Cooked Salmon or Sashimi Grade Sliced
- 1 cup Lettuce Chopped
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- Soy Sauce For Dipping
- Wasabi For Serving
- Pickled Ginger For Serving
Instructions
- Lay a sheet of nori seaweed on a bamboo sushi mat, shiny side down.
- Spread 1 cup of cooked sushi rice evenly over the nori seaweed, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
- Arrange the avocado, cucumber, salmon, and lettuce in a line down the center of the rice.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the filling.
- Lift the edge of the sushi mat closest to you and begin rolling the sushi burrito away from you, pressing gently to ensure a tight roll.
- Continue rolling until the seam is at the bottom and the sushi burrito is fully rolled.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the sushi burrito in half.
- Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger on the side.
