- 4 cup Rice Cooked
- 1 cup Kimchi Chopped
- 1/2 cup Peas
- 1/2 cup Corn Kernels
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 4 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 tbsp Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 4 Green Onions Sliced
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the vegetable oil and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
- Add the peas and corn to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chopped kimchi to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir until all ingredients are fully combined.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Pour the sauce over the rice mixture and stir until all ingredients are fully coated.
