Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Diced Onion
- 1/2 cup Diced Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Garlic Clove Minced
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 Oz)
- 1 can Tomato Sauce (8 Oz)
- 1 can Kidney Beans (15 Oz) Drained And Rinsed
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef until no longer pink, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
- Add the diced onion, green bell pepper, and garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Close the Instant Pot lid and set to manual mode for 10 minutes.
- Once the cooking is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes before quickly releasing any remaining pressure.
- Serve hot, topped with shredded cheese, sour cream, or your favorite chili toppings.
