- 16 oz Spaghetti
- 24-30 Large Shrimp Peeled And Deveined
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- Parsley Leaves Chopped; (Optional)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through.
- Remove the shrimp from the skillet using tongs and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken broth, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Add cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss again.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley leaves if desired.
