- 2 lbs Beef Chuck Roast cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 Onions Chopped
- 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 3 tbsp Sweet Hungarian Paprika
- 2 teasp Caraway Seeds
- 2 teasp Dried Thyme
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 can (14.5 Oz) Diced Tomatoes Undrained
- 2 Carrots Large, Peeled And Sliced
- 2 Potatoes Large, Peeled And Diced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper Diced
- Salt
- Pepper
