- 250 g Halloumi Cheese Sliced (About 1 Cm Thickness)
- 150 g Cherry Tomatoes Halved
- 1 Cucumber Diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper Sliced
- 1/4 Red Onion Thinly Sliced
- 50 g Black Olives Pitted
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves Chopped
