- 1 cup Red Wine (Choose A Wine You Enjoy Drinking)
- 1 cup Beef Broth (Low-Sodium Preferred) Or
- Chicken Broth
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 Shallot Finely Chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 1 sprig Fresh Thyme
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
